Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full. FREE SHIPPING is available for eligible orders over A$250 after all applicable promotional discounts. For orders below A$250, the applicable shipping fee (flat rate A$10) will be displayed at checkout.

If any product in your order is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone. Depending on the circumstances, a refund, replacement or store credit may be provided.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and sent using a tracked delivery service within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control. Most orders should arrive within approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Please ensure that you provide a valid and complete physical delivery address when placing your order. Orders may be subject to age, identity or eligibility verification where required by applicable law. The courier or delivery provider may request identification before completing delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate. RooVape is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
